About Me & Wild Iris PT

Hey, I'm Dr. Cat May, PT, DPT, AOMT, Dry Needling cert.

I grew up in the Carolinas & became a Nashvillian in 2018 after graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

I decided to leave the high-volume outpatient clinic world after 3 years because of a need to have more time with my clients & a desire for a better work-life balance.

My speciality: manual therapy! with a focus on headaches & neck pain treatment via myofascial release, dry needling, joint mobilization, & specific neuromuscular re-education.
My goal: to provide pain relief, educate, & empower you to care for yourself. To provide a network of tools & healers for you to find your best care, connection > competition.

My hobbies: spending time with my family, going to craft markets, walking with my dog, cooking with my partner, doing Pilates, HITT workouts, yoga, dancing, movement routines... on my best days I'm in the woods hiking & camping as being in nature is where I feel most alive.
